Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us by email or phone and tell us the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 7 days.

  • 1 Registering your return

To register your return, simply contact info@luxday.com. Our customer service team will send you a return as soon as possible.

  • 2 Prepare your product

Pack the product you are returning properly and safely, preferably in its original packaging. Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of return shipping.

  • 3 Send us your package

  1. Get the purchase amount refunded to your account

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive your return. If possible, items should be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the payment method you used. The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account or other payment method within two working days.

Please note: Always contact our customer service before returning your order. Orders returned without prior contact cannot be refunded.

Toiletries

A list of hygiene items that cannot be returned and are non-refundable (the list is not exhaustive): underwear, bikini, makeup, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and refuse to return beauty and health products for the safety of our customers.

Cancellation of orders

Cancellation of your order is only possible 5 minutes after the order has been placed. After 3 hours, our orders are stopped in processing and after that cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

The return is always at the risk of the sender, the return costs are not refunded.
