1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from making a purchase.
2. Product Information
Our webshop provides detailed and accurate descriptions of all products. We ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to differences in display settings or manufacturing processes.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, or design when placing their order.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars by default, but can be changed to your local currency and include applicable import duties and VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed at the time of order placement.

4. Order Processing
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase.
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 0–3 business days (handling time).
An order can only be canceled within 5 minutes of placing it. After 3 hours, our orders are processed, and unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are handled by Luxday US and are free of charge for the customer.
All packages include Track & Trace and can be tracked via:

Orders are shipped directly from the supplier, which allows us to offer more cost-efficient pricing to our customers.
Because products are shipped directly from suppliers, delivery times may be slightly longer than customers are used to from local providers.
Estimated transit / delivery time is 7–15 business days. Saturdays are counted as business days.
These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking information may take some time to update after shipment.
6. Risk of Delay or Additional Costs
Due to the country of departure, additional costs may apply during the return process.
Customers accept responsibility for any potential delays or logistical issues that may occur during the shipping process.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, logistics providers, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect shipping information may result in additional charges.
7. Returns and Refunds
Customers may return their order within 30 days of receiving the product.

Due to the country of departure, additional shipping costs may apply.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a full refund.
8. Damages
If an item arrives damaged or incorrectly printed, we offer free replacement and shipping.
To request a replacement, customers must contact us and provide:

Once verified, the replacement item will be produced and shipped within seven business days.
Damaged or incorrectly printed items must be reported within 45 days from the original order date. After this period, Luxday US is not responsible for replacements.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our webshop is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
In cases where liability is established, it will not exceed the total value of the order.
We are not responsible for any loss of data or profits or for any claims by third parties resulting from the use of our products.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Luxday US or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Any trademarks, service marks, and trade names are owned by their respective holders.

13. Import Duties and VAT
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT incurred upon delivery in their country; however, all of these costs are already included in the price.
These fees are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control.
Ensure you are aware of your country’s customs policies before purchasing.
14. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
